July 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
In July and August, 2024, Thorpe Township will pay $20.00/hour, with 10 hours maximum, for pulling spotted knapweed on Thorpe Township roads and ditches. This does not include any private property or county roads.
Verification must include a photo if the knapweed pile with a caption describing the public township area that was pulled along with the date and time of the pulling.
Verification received by August 1, 2024, will be paid at the August 7, 2024, Board Meeting. Verification received by August 31, 2024, will be paid no later than the October 2, 2024 Board Meeting.
